Dissemination, Enforcement, and Compliance 

  1. Impaakt will disseminate the Code of Conduct – and all future updates – to existing staff and will hand it out to all new hires. All employees and contractors are required to understand and adhere to this Code of Ethics.
  2. Violations of the code will be addressed promptly by the Management and may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
  3. We commit to regularly reviewing and updating our Code of Ethics to reflect new legal, professional, and technological developments and to ensure alignment with our corporate values and mission.
