Due to the proliferation of the Personal Computer, today’s workforce interacts with ease from anywhere on the globe, has instant access to massive amounts of data on the cloud and is more productive than at any other time in human history2

Microsoft has made the PC a crucial tool for work, school and life4. Microsoft Windows is the preferred OS for 87.56% computer users worldwide5. By comparison, its closest competitor, Apple's macOS accounts for approximately 9.54% of the worldwide market share5. Windows10 runs on 1.3 billion devices at any given point in time6, while Windows7 is still used on more than 100 million PCs7
The company’s Office 365 software applications are used by 1.2 billion people across 140 countries8 for standardized ways of working and learning to reach new levels of flexibility, efficiency and productivity as they adapt to interoperability4. Of the companies using Office 365, 59% are small businesses (<50 employees), 13% are large (>1000 employees) and 27% are medium-sized9.
